ESP32-S3 Mini dev / OTA upload

Development build with WiFi push-OTA (espota) enabled. Flash this once over USB, then set an upload password from the web app (Connectivity → "OTA de desenvolvimento") to push later builds over WiFi without a cable. The OTA port stays closed until you set that password — the binary ships no secret. Not for production.

Android only for now. Download the brewpilot-<tag>-android-*.apk asset from the latest release and enable "Install unknown apps" for your browser to sideload.

Before you install

Connect the ESP32 board to your computer with a USB-C data cable (charge-only cables won't enumerate).
Click Install firmware and pick the serial port matching the device.
Web Serial erases and flashes the bootloader, partition table and application in a single ~30 s step.
After installing, configure WiFi either through the post-install wizard or via the web app over Bluetooth.
